VisaRequest.co.za merely acts as a Logistics Agent with the responsibility to receive from an applicant applying for a visa, the applicant's passport, completed visa form, supporting documentation and the applicable fees. VisaRequest.co.za is also responsible for submitting the application to the Embassy or Consulate, on behalf of the applicant, collecting the passport and supporting documents back from the Embassy or Consulate and returning the passport back to the applicant by hand delivery or courier to an address recorded by the applicant on the system.
VisaRequest.co.za advise its clients to book but not pay for flights and tours. The granting of a visa and duration it takes is the prerogative of the Embassy or Consulate, and VisaRequest.co.za has no control over it.
VisaRequest.co.za do hereby declare that they have no role whatsoever in the assessment of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the Embassy or Consulate. Therefore, VisaRequest.co.za is not liable for any delay in the processing or rejection of the visa application. Whilst every precaution is taken while handling the passport of the applicant and important documents submitted in support thereof, due to unforeseen events and circumstances, the passport and documents may be lost in transit by accident, theft, natural calamities or any other reason, VisaRequest.co.za will not be liable or responsible in any manner to the applicant.
The applicant accepts that the courier acceptance and delivery service is operated by a third-party, and VisaRequest.co.za does not assume any responsibility or liability for any deficiency in service on the part of the courier company. In the case where a passport is lost or damaged in transit, the liability of VisaRequest.co.za is restricted to the reimbursement of fees charged by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of South Africa, for the replacement of lost / damaged passport through normal application procedure. VisaRequest.co.za shall not be responsible or liable for any consequential loss or damage caused to the applicant due to loss of his/her passport and supporting documents.
It is expressly understood that when the applicant or representative of the applicant submits the passport, the visa form and the supporting documentation along with the applicable fees, the applicant will have read and understood the terms, conditions and details herein. Application fees, administrative fees and courier fees once paid by the applicant are not refundable under any circumstances.
Scope of Service
A completed visa or passport application delivered to, or collected by VisaRequest.co.za will, where possible be scanned for completeness by VisaRequest.co.za staff before being submitted to the relevant authority for consideration. Failure to find errors or omissions on applications shall not be construed as a breach of service.
Where necessary VisaRequest.co.za will disburse on behalf of the Customer, the funds necessary to cover the costs of such submission to the relevant authority.
Once the travel document has been collected from the relevant authority, VisaRequest.co.za will return the travel documents to the Customer. Should the Customer not have the necessary credit facilities or be in arrears with payment, then VisaRequest.co.za has the right to hold such travel documents until such time that the Customer has settled its account.
VisaRequest.co.za will provide to the Customer, information regarding costs, requirement and application forms relating to the acquisition of travel documents. This information will be provided to the best of VisaRequest.co.za ability and knowledge at the time. VisaRequest.co.za will not be responsible should the information provided be in any way inaccurate or outdated.
