VisaRequest Terms and Conditions

VisaRequest Pty Ltd acts solely as a logistics agent, responsible for receiving an applicant’s passport, completed visa form, supporting documentation, and applicable fees. We submit the application to the Department of Home Affairs, Embassy, or Consulate on behalf of the applicant. Once the process is complete, we collect the passport and supporting documents and return them to the applicant via hand delivery or courier, using the address provided by the applicant in our system. Our services are offered in exchange for a fee, leveraging our extensive expertise and knowledge in immigration processes.

Flight and Tour Bookings

VisaRequest advises clients to book but not pay for flights and tours until the visa is granted. The approval of a visa, and the time taken to process it, is at the sole discretion of the Government, Embassy, or Consulate, over which VisaRequest has no control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their immigration case. The quality and accuracy of the information provided directly impact our ability to offer effective services tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Before submission to the relevant authority, VisaRequest staff will, where possible, review applications for completeness. However, failure to detect errors or omissions will not be considered a breach of service.

Limitations of Liability

VisaRequest has no role in the assessment of visa applications. This responsibility lies solely with the Department of Home Affairs, Embassy, or Consulate. Therefore, VisaRequest is not liable for any delays or rejections in the visa or permit application process.

Although all precautions are taken when handling passports and documents, unforeseen events—such as accidents, theft, or natural disasters—may result in the loss of documents. VisaRequest will not be held liable for such losses.

Courier Services

The courier acceptance and delivery service is managed by third parties. VisaRequest does not assume responsibility for any shortcomings in the courier’s services. In cases where a passport is lost or damaged in transit, VisaRequest’s liability is limited to reimbursing the official replacement fees charged by the relevant authority. We will not be responsible for any consequential losses resulting from such incidents.

Fees and Refund Policy

• Application fees, administrative fees, and courier fees are non-refundable once paid.
• VisaRequest may disburse fees on behalf of the client to the relevant authority. Once travel documents are collected, they will be returned to the client.
• If the client has outstanding payments or lacks the necessary credit facilities, VisaRequest reserves the right to hold travel documents until the balance is cleared.
• VisaRequest does not offer refunds for payments made towards visa or permit applications. Refunds will only be considered for disbursements made on behalf of the client, excluding service fees.

Force Majeure

While VisaRequest strives to fulfill its obligations promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, third-party disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Information Accuracy

VisaRequest will provide information regarding costs, requirements, and application forms to the best of our knowledge. However, we are not liable for any inaccuracies or outdated information provided.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a passport, visa form, supporting documentation, and applicable fees, the applicant acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.
